I've had a campground breaker blow but never one internal to the RV. My concern is burning out the motor on the air conditioner. I have measured 1900 watts draw from the air conditioner all by itself. If I can get the voltage up to a more normal value the wattage is about 1200.
However if the isb unit is boosting from 100 volts, the campground breaker needs to be able to handle 1900 watts (19 amps @ 100 volts) while the RV side of the box "sees" 1200 watts (10 amps at 120 volts).
That should keep the air conditioner quite happy.
