Acadia National Park to Baddeck, Cape Breton Island

Places, such as Fredericton, which have a working population living in rvs may have cgs open.

I mention Fredericton because I stayed in a cg there in late October. The reason it was open was that there were people who had gotten jobs in that city, while their families lived somewhere else in New Brunswick. So, they brought the rv to where there work was.
