A sakatchewan flatlander said " The Icefields highway is one of the few toll roads and is posted if my memory serves at 50 MPH (80 kph). Drive time at the speed limit for the 144 miles is 3 hours and 7 minut"
Toll road is NOT true. You need a National Park pass to stop anywhere in a National Park and that pass is naturally required for the Ice Fields Parkway. That Parkway does NOT require any more than the national Park permit!!
If you managed to get to the Parkway without that pass then you will be stopped and required to pay for it!!
