AZ to La Paz

The Border Cities. Such as Mexicali and Algodones have many Pharmacies offering inexpensive Meds. The further South You go the higher the prices for the same Meds. Even in larger Cities where there is much more competition the prices are higher than at those Border Towns.

Many of the border pharmacies are repackaging drugs from 3rd world countries. The generic drugs often are from labs not certified by the Mexican Government. However if you want brand name meds Costco, Wal-Mart, Sam's and Mexican pharmacy chains do have drugs at excellent prices and good quality.

Also you need prescriptions for more these days.
