Bad afternoon Southbound on I-95 in South Carolina

Clear, sunny, hot weather but for some reason some bad accidents plus a stretch of road work has a lot of people stuck or barely creeping along this Friday afternoon below Florence to the Georgia bord...

This area is by no means a metro area. For some reason folks from the North that have ever seen God's country are rubber necking and for some reason run into each other. This stretch of I-95 is bad for long waits.
