Bad afternoon Southbound on I-95 in South Carolina

Clear, sunny, hot weather but for some reason some bad accidents plus a stretch of road work has a lot of people stuck or barely creeping along this Friday afternoon below Florence to the Georgia bord...

More likely felons from the north and the south breaking the law by speeding and at the same time tailgating, causing an accidents. :R
