Bad afternoon Southbound on I-95 in South Carolina

For anyone traveling on I95, watch 511sc.org. A good alternate for most of the route is Hwy 15. If you want to experience some nice back country on a nice road, just catch Hwy 301 in Santee and take it all the way to Jacksonville or catch 321 and take it back over to I95 about 15 miles before the SC/GA state line.

Part of the problem is SC is only two lanes for most of I95 but feed on both sides by 3 lanes. Don't know why SC hasn't gotten the federal funds to widen to 3 the entire length.
