Best route from Durango to Colorado Springs. 160?

Looks like there's quite a pass if you go east but worse if you go north. Google map shots suggest it's one very long climb. I have a very heavy fifth-wheel. Which route would you recommend? Th...

You're traveling in the West - very hard to avoid those beautiful areas. :) Just take it slow and try not to drive on the weekends. You'll do just fine.
