Best route from Nashville, TN to Rochester, MN?

Hello fellow campers. We are traveling from Nashville,TN for a Mayo Clinic 9/18 appointment in Rochester MN. Can anyone with any experience traveling between these two locations provide any advice on ...

We recently did the reverse and all the Interstates were in good shape so from Nashville I’d use 24, 57, 74, 39, 94/90.
