best route near Great Basin Natl. Park
We will be heading south through Ely around the middle of October with our signature MH and trailer(65')length. My question is...should we stay on Hwy 50 all the way to I-15 and forget about going...

Thank-you for the replies about GB Park. I'm glad to know that 487/21 is a good road for my 65' combination. I didn't want to encounter a bunch of sharp curves and steep elevation changes.
You guys have me convinced that GB park is worth the time to check out and explore. I did look at their website and the caves sound very interesting and something that we would want to see.
