Boondocking Spot Along I-10 Between Indio – Blythe?
Headed from So. Calif. to Phoenix area tomorrow night, looking for place to pull over for a few hours of sleep. Any spots near Chiraco Summit or Desert Center?

Box Canyon is always filled with boondockers. Its is at the Cottonwood Entrance of Joshua Tree, but turn south instead of north into the park and drive a couple of miles to chose your spot. If you go into the park, Cottonwood Campground is really nice but it costs. Its probably 4 or 5 miles into the Park.
South of Blythe is the Cibola NWR has some boondocking places.
