I see that situation in many C.O.E. campgrounds in the lower 48 states. Only difference being RVs set up on the sites are unoccupied until the weekends. And when the 14 day limit is up, they never move, just register the RV site under the other spouses senior pass or a friends. Something's got to change. :M

Interesting. we camp almost exclusively in OCE parks on the east coast. Many that we stay in have a rule that the camping unit must be occupied. Still doesn't stop the other forms of cheating you mention.
