- scot-to-rvExplorerI agree stay away from St. Paul's east. Had very negative experience there park is beautiful but we were treated very bad. You can privately mail me too.
- LaurenExplorerDakotah Meadows for sure - convenient to MoA and a great park.
DO NOT - under any circumstances - stay at East St. Paul or whatever- the one in Woodbury! It is a nice looking park but major personnel issues of all kinds there with both customers and other. Wiil not go into detail here - you can email or pm me. We found out the hard way. - hitchupExplorer

Dakotah Meadows RV Park is VERY nice, and near a casino and indoor rec facility. 20 mins away from MOA.
We stayed in Bloomington at a Mobile Home park that had a few RV spots. But they were very tight and very busy.
But we drove down to the Casino to check out Dakotah Meadows. We'd stay there if we go back again. - tippytoeExplorerhttp://www.townandcountrycampground.com/ Town And Country Campground in Savage. Not too far from MOA. We've been staying there when we make our annual trip to visit for the last few years. (even a few winters, too. Gave that up, dump valves kept freezing up)

We aren't headed that way till summer, but trying to plan and make reservations. Our bus is 43' and we seem to have a hard time fitting in the county and state parks. We are willing to be up to an hour away.
Another vote for St Paul East RV Park. Nice place, good location. There were a lot of big rigs there when we were there. Nice level pull-throughs w/ 50 amp and full hookups. - FLman2ExplorerThe KOA in Maple Grove can handle a 43' coach, think MOA is about 30-35 miles away.
Lived in in Maple Grove until 2012. - astern2ExplorerWe aren't headed that way till summer, but trying to plan and make reservations. Our bus is 43' and we seem to have a hard time fitting in the county and state parks. We are willing to be up to an hour away.
