Probably one thing that's a stretch is that everyone in Quebec is bilingual. Many speak only french and there are a lesser amount that speak only English. Many are bilingual but have limited ability in English, which only makes sense as for the most part it is a French society. Quebec City is still my favourite city in Canada. Hope someday we can spend a whole summer there.
