Stay on 81 north to 83 south to 283 east to 30 into Lancaster or 81 N TO PA turnpike (76) to 283 to 30.....6 to 1, half a dozen to the other...one has a toll, one doesn't . There is some construction on 81 near Harrisburg but I have never had any trouble there.
