Changes to Alaska Ferries for 2016 due to budgets.

When he money's not there, there's not much choice. We've been in Alaska since the 14th of June and have noticed that AK has closed many roadside rest areas that had pit toilets. The rest areas have Jersey barriers, logs or rocks at the entrances preventing entry and the pit toilets are boarded up with plywood. Just be aware, and bring your own paper when a stop in the woods is necessary. I guess we're progressing back to being like the bears in the woods or the buckwheat.
