Which is better I-75 through or I-275 around??

We travel through a couple times a month from Dayton and we almost always use 75. The only time that's a real problem is Fri during rush hour. There is a section of 45 MPH but generally only a 10-15 minute dalay and using 275 is going to be longer than that. Then sometimes you have accidents and breakdowns so best to check traffic before choosing a route.
