Talleyho69 -, wish we had received your message four days ago. Going through El Centro of Morelia was never racking. It is a beautiful colonial town but not to the driver.
We are at the Villa Patzcuaro RV park and enjoying it. We have both come down with cold and it is a great place to recuperate. So we may be here for six nights. First time we have seen as many US travelers as European.
Everyone here has gone on to Uruapan to see the volcano that formed in 1943. Most of them planned to take 37D to the coast. We are pretty much listening to the other RVers who have a lot of experience in Mexico. We want to be in Puerto Vallerta the first week in Feb (by the fifth) since some of Elaine's relatives who live in Alaska will be down for a week with their Mom (Elaine's first cousin) who will be 85.
Just read the comments about a well liked but run down RV park in Guadalajara.
