Day 7&8 so far
Day 7 started with DW telling me why we needed a new mattress. Sooooo...... First we went to New Market which is the name of a town to a thrift store where we donated our 1 year old sealy posturepedic pillow top and then went and bought. New sealy posturepedic non pillow top. It seems the pillow top took up too much room in the camper and this one just fits better. Gotta say I did sleep better. Yep, gotta say it a whole bunch a times. :R
I did the ropes course in caverns adventure park! Twelve different rope challenges! Thought I was being a wise guy when I asked the guide of I was the oldest guy who'd ever done the course and the 20yo punk said yes. DW almost wet herself laughing. So not funny!
Well so far today.... Cold, wet, and windy! I love breaking camp and hitching up now that we have those real nice rain jackets! We re off too Pittsburgh!
Oh yeah..... So far we've gone 1250 miles and are averaging 9.6mpg. I haven't checked the oil or the tire pressure yet but systems check tell me they're fine! Talk to ya later!
