Evansville to Indianapolis airport (I-69) question

I will be driving from Evansville area up to Indianapolis Airport in a couple of weeks and plan to take I-69 north. It appears as if I-69 is not complete up towards Indianapolis. Is it best to tak...

Jogging over to 67 via 39 is the preferred route. You hit Ameriplex Parkway before Indy and can cut across to the airport. I traveled regularly for work and have driven the route many, many times.
