Follow-up to our troubles at Freedom Shores (Isla Aguada)

From personal experience, has anyone ever had this situation where the rv park reimbursed you for the damage done to your rv? This would be interesting to see just how many have been able to file a claim against an rv park anywhere in the U.S., Canada or Mexico.

I do know that the CFE (Mexican electric company) reimbursed us for a power surge at our house when a transformer went. We had to show the receipts for the purchase of the television and desktop and it took three weeks to receive the check.
