Follow-up to our troubles at Freedom Shores (Isla Aguada)

I too wondered about attaching a ground to a hose bib line. Anywhere along the coast they use PVC pipe and that cheap black poly pipe. If they did use galvanized it is so rusty there would be no ground. John and Angela have the right idea. They use solar and a good battery charger that will run on low voltage. I don't think they hook up anything to the pedestal other than the charger.
