At the house I soaked the ground for four days and then used a long drill the ones used to run wiring through the walls to drill a hole for the copper rod and it still took some doing to sink that rod, but the inspector checked it and was very satisfied that it was as code says it should be.
I am not to worried about having a dedicated ground as long as I have a dedicated NEUTRAL line, for many years in Mexico and still today they only run two lines one hot and one neutral and that is all you are going to get.
I will repeat.
I ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE I PLUG INTO ANY OUTLET FOR A HOT AND A NEUTRAL ANYWHRE I HAPPEN TO BE USING MY RV IN CANADA, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR MEXICO.
