From Coeur d'Alene to Placid Lake (near Seeley)
Looks like 90 to 12, then on to 200. How is 200? That is one I have not had the honor of traveling. It looks ok from Google. Long bed Crew Cab with a 35' 5th wheel.

You could even pick up ID200 at Sand Point. It follows a straight river valley all the way to the US93 junction. Other than the Sandpoint area it isn't a major tourist/rv route, with the associated businesses. But it's an easy drive.
