From Sacramento To Topaz Lake NV
Does Hwy 50 and Hwy 89 Eastbound have any steep section that are a problem when pulling the signature 5W? Thank you

If you are traveling thru Colorado on Hwy 50 eastbound, there is a steep climb before you get to the Gunnison Lake area. Much to our chagrin we have found that Colorado, unlike California does not necessarily have guard rails along those pass routes.
On that particular stretch I just drove in the fast lane regardless whether we held up the faster traffic. I had no desire to drive in the slow lane + be able to look down several thousand feet ..... With no guard rail. Otherwise gorgeous scenery. Good luck.
