A friend has asked me to ask on the forum..she bought a new Garmin which works great in the USA but not here in Mexico does she need to buy a chi or can she get it off the internet thanks les

Now that I'm home I can't pull up any data from my travels in Mexico (routes, speed, elevation of places I rode with the GPS on) Once I crossed back into the US the GPS did keep a log.
Any ideas?
