I don't have current info on BOLA -- it has been nine years since we were there. But I will say that it is an area worth seeing, especially if you fish (which we don't). We mountain biked all around the bay, and there were many thick "fish boils" out in the calm water -- bait fish fleeing underwater predators, stirring up the water, and getting picked off by seabirds.
