We have stayed at Bugamville a few times in recent years and watched as the improvements have been made. Last winter he had all the 30amp electric wiring done and was just waiting for the inspector to give the OK to hook up the main breakers (I suggested maybe slipping the inspector a little something under the table would speed things up but Carlos said he wouldn't do it). After the father died the brothers split up the land and Carlos completely rebuilt the RV park in a totally new way - everything is new including where the spaces are located. Carlos had his nephew drive us into town to show us how to get in and out and where to park and how to find our way around. We started going there after La Siesta in San Miguel closed but now we split our time between there and San Ramon north of San Miguel. Guanajuato is a fascinating place once we learned how to find our way around. We have a specific route from Bugamville to a parking lot in the tunnel under the Eiffel Mercado and from there we can easily walk to most parts of town - 15 pesos parking - 7 miles from Buramville.
