May not be a troll, but there are bad dentists everywhere. It always best to talk to people who have used them already.

She did name clinic, which leads me to believe she is not a troll. I am more suspicious of clinics close the border, I think your chances of having a bad experience is higher than if you go by word of mouth further south.
