If it's a troll, there is no need because there are many reviews already. If it's real, then sorry but you didn't do your homework.
Normally, when somebody is planning Mex treatment, they are looking for opinions and reviews first. You can't just cross the border and walk into the first place that says "dentisto". Tell the area that you are interested in, and people will suggest some specialists. Many of them got their education in the US - especially those practicing close to the border and speaking English, and are using imported materials and charge close to the US prices, say, 60% of the US price.
Basically you have to rely on the word of mouth, and the spread between good and not so good specialists is huge, compared to the US. And there always something that can go wrong, in case of implants, no matter where you do it, because your body may reject the material. Your local dentist will fix it for free, and Mexican even if has some warranty, you have to travel there, possibly at the most inconvenient time.
