Just curious, how did it get so out of hand? Doesn't take quite a bit of time for all those things to happen?
There are things you can do such as file a complaint with Profeco in person taking all the documentation with you. There is also the board of dentists in Mexico as well as any associations he may belong to.
You may not get any financial compensation but you will get some satisfaction as well as maybe put him out of business. The medical field in Mexico is very professional, you can't get away with stuff like this.
And please, no responses about corruption and graft, we are talking about health care here.
