Ha Ha - Last year I was in Tallahassee, Fl in January. The high temps were in the 50s if lucky.
YET, I call home to western NY and they were having wind chills of
33 BELOW ZERO!
It truely is all relative.
Here in Winnipeg, we call that spring. :)
Went snowmobiling a couple of times last year when it was -30C (same -30F).. I wonder what the windchill was at 60 mph? That's why they sell the fancy gear I guess... All relevant.
