This hoy no circula created a bigger problem than what it solved when it was introduced, as it was supposed to alleviate traffic and pollution, every one in the areas that this was implemented in simply bought vehicles with different plate numbers or registered out State, same amount of vehicles circulating at all hours and more pollution, so what do the genius at the traffic department do a two lane street or avenue they make it a three lane road, that only slows traffic even more, oh well that is Mexico no long term planing the land of mañana does everything for ayer.
