Hoy no Circula

Spent some time on the phone trying to get the info on the hoy no circula all I managed to obtain is the pase turistico for the Estado de México and the Distrito Federal "Mexico City", one needs to register with the Estado de Mexico and the hoy no circula is waived for a period of 14 days depending on the date of arrival not in Mexico but in the State of Mexico, as in Tlanepantla, in our case Ciudad Satélite, I applied today and will print the permit tomorrow.
