Hoy no circula
Anyone have recent info on this or a map link? Especially interested in whether san Juan teotihuacan is still outside it and how to access avoiding crossing it.

When we visited Mina years ago she took us out in her car to show us the route through Otumba to Arco Norte which was not yet completed to 132D at that time. She also very carefully explained to us how to get to the 5D going north - which we missed and found ourselves in Mexico city - the interchange is a bit confusing - but again this goes through Ecatepec which you can't do if it is Hoy no Circula. Here are some maps. Work with Mina - she knows. The map into the ruins will put you right in front of the Pyramid of the Sun and is just under 2 miles from Mina's. If you go through Otumba you have to know exactly where to turn or you will be in a town with extremely narrow streets (don't ask how I know).
