Hoy no circula
Anyone have recent info on this or a map link? Especially interested in whether san Juan teotihuacan is still outside it and how to access avoiding crossing it.

San Juan Teotihuacan is in the Estado de Mexico, and the hoy no circula applies, best bet is to contact the Tourist Department and get a pass for the caravan.
