Hoy no circula
Anyone have recent info on this or a map link? Especially interested in whether san Juan teotihuacan is still outside it and how to access avoiding crossing it.

San Juan Teotihuacan and the ruins are in the Estado de Mexico and the hoy no circula aplies, some folks drive in the day that the vehicle is not supposed to circulate, if they get caugt 200 pesos is the tickdt out, just ask my brother in law, he got caught not far from San Juan Teotihuacan.
Some of the maps show the wrong borders, there is one that has a couple of states that do not exist.
