Hoy no circula

I do not claim to know anything about this. I went on the various websites where the Hoy No Circula is explained by the Mexican Government Agencies or whatever they are where these things are explained and listed - as shown above. I used my map program to try to locate each municipio - which may or may not be located exactly where the town of the same name is since municipios are sort of like counties containing more than one town. So I located the DF places named as well as the locations in Mexico State. I put flags at or near each municipio. There are 16 in DF and 18 in Mexico State. Now the map has a bunch of flags which may or may not give some idea or where the Hoy No Circula extends. I do not know more than what the websites I listed above state. I did the best I could at creating a map based on the information they provide. I do not believe Teotihuacan is in the zone but I do not know for sure. Last I heard Mina says it is not. The websites do show Teotihuacan as a municipio in Mexico State but it is not on the list of municipios in the zone.
