Anyone have recent info on this or a map link? Especially interested in whether san Juan teotihuacan is still outside it and how to access avoiding crossing it.

The only way I can see to completely avoid the zone on the way in to Mina's is to take the Arco Norte and come in from there - more miles but less risk. Mina communicates very well in English and will help you with the routes
