Anyone have recent info on this or a map link? Especially interested in whether san Juan teotihuacan is still outside it and how to access avoiding crossing it.

Are you saying foreign plated vehicles are OK any day after 11 AM, or do their plate numbers prevne them on certian days as well?
I have tried to post websites which clearly explain the laws. If you go to the websites and read them carefully you will know exactly what the laws are. Please do not listen to rumors - get the facts. If your caravan has many different plate numbers you will be limited as to when you can pass through to Teotihuacan if you route through the Hoy No Circula Zone. If you want to be safe and avoid the zone you almost have to take the Arco Norte route to 132D. Read the websites I have posted. I am not making this up. I post the gov't websites where the facts can be found.
