Hoy no circula
Anyone have recent info on this or a map link? Especially interested in whether san Juan teotihuacan is still outside it and how to access avoiding crossing it.

You are complicating the matter, I have just posted the simple rules,
Yes - the rules you posted are simple - but not complete - or true.
The question in this thread asked about maps to get to Teotihuacan regarding the Hoy No Circula. My simple answer was you can get to Teotihuacan by taking the Arco Norte which does not pass through the Hoy No Circula. Also - according to the Hoy No Circula website where very specific rules are posted - Teotihuacan is NOT in the Hoy No Circula nor are any of the municipalities one would pass through to get to Teotihuacan.
Your simple answer states that the entire State of Mexico is in the Hoy No Circula but that is not remotely true. The Hoy No Circula website clearly states there are only 18 or the 125 municipios in the State of Mexico where the Hoy No Circula restrictions apply.
Anyone who reads the official website posted information will find that the information I have posted is fact and that it is very simple if you read my original posts and look at the maps I have provided. Please find all the facts before posting misinformation.
