Anyone have recent info on this or a map link? Especially interested in whether san Juan teotihuacan is still outside it and how to access avoiding crossing it.

Reading the Spanish version, it reads to me that they are subject to the daily plate restrictions PLUS they cannot drive between 5 AM & 11 AM on ANY day except Sunday. Saturdays are fuzzy with confusing rules, I would avoid them.
