Anyone have recent info on this or a map link? Especially interested in whether san Juan teotihuacan is still outside it and how to access avoiding crossing it.

If you are going to stay at the Teotehuacan Trailer Park you might call Mina and ask her - she knows a lot about this. My question would be about the route my map shows a 5D coming from 57D to 132D and going through Ecatepec de Morelos as this is one of the areas listed on the Hoy no Circula website . . . http://www.hoy-no-circula.com.mx/ . . . where you can see an idea of places you can't go. The other way would be to take the Arco Norte and come into Teotehuacan from the other direction. Mina told us Teotehuacan is not in the Hoy no Circula a few years ago. I am not sure how to find all the areas listed on the website or where to find a map showing the included area.

Contact Mina . . . 594-956-0313 teotipark@prodigy.net.mx . . . who owns the place and talk with her. She knows the area better than anyone. She speaks English very well. She knows the roads and the rules. Mina can also tell you how to get in and out of Mexico City. You can leave your rig there while you go into the big city. You can go by bus and subway from Teotihuacan or Mina may be able to hook you up with a guide who will take you into the city. Stay in the city at a hotel for a few days while your rig rests at Mina's.The trick to getting to Teotihuacan is the route you take. Teotihuacan is not in the Hoy No Circula but some areas you pass through could be. The safe way is taking the Arco Norte to 132D. It can depend on where you are coming from.
