Stop 1 day for your reunion. The next day you will have 532 miles to make.
Break down along the way for a day. You will never make it.
Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Devils Tower area maybe Wind Cave alone will take at least 3 days to see. Now you are over 700 miles behind.
Skip Omaha & Texas and then you will probably still be short of time.
