Seems to be real time, no drama, just facts. THey give reason and projected reopening times. Based on a report of the flooding condition being corrected 7pm Sunday with a reopening at that time, I will delay 1 more day and leave Monday morning. That will give a buffer of 20 hours past what they project the closure will last. I think you'll be fine Thursday.
