Yes probably.
I will be taking 85 to Atlanta tomorrow from Charlotte.
Charlotte and Richmond were on the edge of the heavy rain and winds so actual weather damage probably won't be a problem......but humans who fled and are returning might be. Hopefully they will be going the other way.
OTOH, in my limited experience, 95 can be a problem on the best of days......any of it.
