Hwy 14 from Cedar City to Bryce Canyon?
We notice that the shuttles haven't started yet in the park. How is 14 now? Is it icy, snowy? Are we better off taking 15 to 89 at this time of year? Thanks!

20 isn't very interesting. If you're in a car, 14 is more scenic and goes through Duck Creek area.
You could also go up to Parowan and take 143 past the Brian Head ski resort and stop at Cedar Breaks National Monument (also accessible from 14).
