I-20 bridge at Sherveport, LA

Planning trip to Houston TX today, leaving tomorrow. Mississippi river coming up as everyone knows. I called Louisiana State Patrol in Bossier City for forecast of river conditions for weekend. They don't know if river is coming up or down. They said rain in forecast for Fri-Sun but they don't know if river will rise to close I-20.

Can anyone been this take an educated guess and tell me will I-20 bridge be open across the Mississippi?
