Is I-20 in Louisiana closed due ro flooding?

I-20 exit at Dixie Inn for northbound US-371 was closed yesterday - 3/13. There was still water standing under the interstate and the railroad where vehicles would have to exit.
The thru freeway was open. US-80 was closed between Dixie Inn and Minden.
I was told by an LA state trooper to not try to go north in Caddo, Bossier or Webster Parishes with my rig. We had to take US-79 through Homer and Magnolia to get to Springhill.
