In OKC I 40 has been rebuilt and more lanes added so just stay on I 40 to I35N to I 44. In Tulsa just follow I 44 all the way. The main toll lanes are manned 24/7 with toll road employees if you get off before the end some booth's are not manned just toss in the coins there are signs telling you what you will owe. I have spent many of nights on the toll road shut down (sleeping) until morning.
